1. What does “Print” or “Downloadable” mean?

“Print” is selected when you want a printed copy of the product to be shipped to you. If you prefer an e-book version of the product, select “Downloadable.” You will be provided with a pdf file to download immediately upon placement of your order. “Downloadable” files can be used on smart phones, tablets, and computers.

2. What is a “pack” of products?

A “pack” contains a specific quantity of a product at a discounted price. Each product has its own options. There may be an option for a 10-pack, 25-pack, or 100-pack. If you need larger quantity pricing, feel free to call 1-888-395-7729 and leave us your contact information along with your needs. We will return your call as soon as possible. (Note: we are closed on weekends and holidays.) 

3. Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes. When you go through the checkout process, you can choose to ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address. We do not ship product outside of the United States. 

4. What should I do if I am having trouble checking out?

Tandem Prayer is always looking to improve the checkout process. If you have issues, please email or call 1-888-395-7729. Please describe the problem and we will do what we can to help.

5. Why didn’t I receive an order notification?

Every order receives an email notification upon placement. If for some reason you placed an order but did not receive a notification, be sure to check your junk email box. You may also email or call 1-888-395-7729 and leave a message with your name, phone number and email address. A member of our staff will respond and will re-send the notification.

6. How long does it take to receive an order?

Please allow up to 5 days to print your order. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time. When you place an order, you will select a method of shipping. USPS Priority Mail adds 1-3 days; Media Mail adds 2-10 days; and UPS Ground adds 1-3 days to the processing time. Depending on your selection, your order could take an estimated 3-14 days to arrive. If you need something sooner, you are welcome to call us at 1-888-395-7729. Please leave your name, phone number and email address. We will contact you as soon as possible. (Note: We are closed on weekends and holidays.)

7. How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a separate notification when it ships. This will include a link to track your order. This link will enable you to see shipping progress and estimated day of delivery.

Yes. You can make a donation online with your order. Go “Give and Donate” and make your selection. Your donation will be added to the cart. You may continue shopping or go ahead and checkout. All donations are tax deductible. We appreciate your support so much! It allows us to serve and encourage others as they grow and live in Christ Jesus.
